We are proud to use PawPartner to help you book sessions, get pupdates, see photos and videos from the day, and upload your pet’s vet records. Getting started with PawPartner is easy. The app / website is free to use. To get started, click the button below to create your account. Already made an account? Click “log-in” to log into your account.

Already a client? Here’s how to make a new reservation:
Log into the PawPartner portal via the mobile app or website. Click here to be directed to our PawPartner page.
Click “Reservations” or “Make A Reservation” to book your pup’s next session
Next, choose “daycare” for regular daily sessions or “training” for in-home offerings (coming later this year).
From there it will have you select your dog. If you have multiple dogs, choose the dog you are booking for. You can also book multiple dogs at the same time.
Once you choose your dog, you can choose which session you want to book. Any dog older than 6 months must be booked under a Dayschool session. You can choose full day or half-day, whichever works best with your schedule.
The next screen will have you choose your date.
If you see “Join Waitlist” that means we are full for the day but you can join on the waitlist in case someone cancels. We strongly encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist as people change sessions often.
If you see “select date” that means your spot is guaranteed.
Once you have selected your date, the screen will prompt you to save a card to have on file if you haven’t done so already.
Next, it will ask you if you want to buy a package. If you do not wish to buy a package, you can click “save and continue” to buy a singular session.
Then you will be prompted to pay your deposit. Deposit is just our new word for payment. PawPartner runs on a deposit based payment system so we require a 100% deposit upfront to book your spot.
If you are on the waitlist, you will be charged for your spot as soon as you move off the waitlist and into the session. We charge the card saved on file.
